Your StudentPay account

Who is StudentPay?

StudentPay works with your education provider to manage the payment plan for your course fees.

Your education provider delivers the course. StudentPay manages the payment arrangement you use to pay those fees. StudentPay is not your education provider and is not a lender.

Where can I see my payment plan?

The Student Portal gives you live access to your payment-plan information, including:

  • your payment plan
  • upcoming payments
  • payment history
  • amount paid
  • remaining balance
  • account and payment status

Log in to the Student Portal to see your current position.

How do I update my contact details?

Payments

When is my next payment?

Log in to the Student Portal to see your next scheduled payment and your upcoming payments.

Can I make an additional payment?

Log in to the Student Portal to see your current balance and the payment options available to you. Make a Payment on this website is for catching up on eligible overdue amounts, not for paying future instalments in advance.

How do I make an overdue or catch-up payment?

Log in to the Student Portal to see your current arrears position. Where available, you can pay an overdue amount or schedule a catch-up payment. Make a Payment on this website can be used to catch up on eligible overdue amounts.

What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, StudentPay will identify the failed payment and may take steps to help bring your account back up to date. Log in to the Student Portal to see your current payment position and the options available to you.

What fees apply to my account?

Any fees that apply to your payment plan are set out in your StudentPay Payment Plan Agreement.

If you fall behind

I have fallen behind with my payments. What should I do?

Log in to the Student Portal first. You can see where your plan is up to and, where available, make or schedule a catch-up payment. Acting early makes it easier to get back on track.

I can't afford my current payments. What can I do?

If your circumstances have changed, log in to the Student Portal and submit a hardship request so StudentPay can understand your situation. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Your course

I need help with my studies.

Contact your education provider directly. StudentPay manages your payment plan, not the delivery of your course.

I can't access my course.

Contact your education provider. Course access and learning platforms are managed by the provider, not by StudentPay.

I want to change or transfer my course.

Contact your education provider and review their enrolment or student agreement. StudentPay does not make decisions about course transfers.

I want to withdraw from my course.

Contact your education provider first.

Stopping study does not automatically cancel your StudentPay payment plan. Course cancellation or refund liability is determined under your agreement with your education provider.

I am no longer studying. Do I still have to pay?

Stopping study does not necessarily cancel the fees you agreed to pay. Your education provider determines your course cancellation or refund position under its enrolment terms. Contact your provider first. StudentPay will update the payment plan when instructed through the appropriate provider process.
